This guide walks you through getting the Carepool app on your phone — or using it from your computer — and signing in for the first time. It only takes a few minutes. If you ever get stuck, we’re a phone call away at 1-833-268-2688.
Step 1 — Get Carepool on Your Device
Choose whichever matches your phone. In the app store, the app is called Carepool Passenger. Prefer your computer? You can skip the download and use the website instead.
For iPhone & iPad
Open the App Store, search for Carepool Passenger, then tap Get and Open.
For Android Phones & Tablets
Open the Play Store, search for Carepool Passenger, then tap Install and Open.
Prefer Your Computer? No Download Needed
You can use Carepool right in your web browser — on a computer, tablet, or phone. There’s nothing to install, and it uses the same sign-in as the app.
Step 2 — Sign In
Open the app or website and choose whichever way is easiest for you:

| Enter your email address and password. | |
| Phone number | Enter your phone number and password. |
| Google, Apple, or Facebook | Tap the button to use an account you already have. |
| Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint | After your first sign-in, you can turn this on for faster access (mobile app only). |
Step 3 — First Time? Let’s Get You Set Up
If you don’t have an account yet, tap Register on the sign-in screen. We’ll guide you through a quick setup:
- Verify your phone — enter the 4-digit code we text you.
- Add a photo ID — your driver’s license or state ID.
- Add a profile photo.
- Enter your home address.
- Add a care contact (optional) — a family member or caregiver who can help manage your rides.
Once you’re done, you’re all set to book and track your rides.

The Carepool app is the same on iPhone and Android, and the website at app.carepool.us uses the same sign-in — use whichever feels most comfortable. Your rides and information stay in sync across all of them.
