You advocate on behalf of transportation providers: handling their complaints, helping resolve them, and serving as the liaison between providers and the program. Providers who trust the program stay in it, and a network that stays is the difference between a ride happening and not.

What you will do

Handle provider complaints and drive them to resolution.
Help providers navigate contracting, reimbursement and operational issues.
Act as the liaison between the provider network and the program.

Experience working with transportation providers, drivers or independent contractors.
