You advocate on behalf of transportation providers: handling their complaints, helping resolve them, and serving as the liaison between providers and the program. Providers who trust the program stay in it, and a network that stays is the difference between a ride happening and not.
What you will do
- Handle provider complaints and drive them to resolution.
- Help providers navigate contracting, reimbursement and operational issues.
- Act as the liaison between the provider network and the program.
What we are looking for
- Experience working with transportation providers, drivers or independent contractors.
