You lead recruitment, training and retention of the statewide transportation provider network. You enforce performance and contracting standards, establish reimbursement rates, and own the provider relationships that the whole program rests on.

What you will do

Recruit, train and retain providers across urban, suburban, rural and remote areas.
Enforce performance and contracting standards, and act when they are not met.
Establish reimbursement rates and negotiate provider agreements.
Develop strategies for adequate coverage in underserved areas.

What we are looking for

Experience in fleet management, transportation contracting or network development.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
The judgment to keep a diverse, reliable provider base rather than the cheapest one.
