You maintain the computer systems supporting operational and reporting functions: electronic tracking, trip logs, claims processing and the underlying infrastructure. HIPAA compliance and system reliability are the two things you are never allowed to trade away.
What you will do
- Own electronic tracking, trip logs and claims processing systems.
- Work with vendors, internal teams and the Department so systems meet program needs.
- Own disaster recovery, security and uptime.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance across every system that touches member data.
What we are looking for
- Technical background in healthcare IT, system administration or software implementation.
- HIPAA experience is essential.
