You maintain the computer systems supporting operational and reporting functions: electronic tracking, trip logs, claims processing and the underlying infrastructure. HIPAA compliance and system reliability are the two things you are never allowed to trade away.

What you will do

Own electronic tracking, trip logs and claims processing systems.
Work with vendors, internal teams and the Department so systems meet program needs.
Own disaster recovery, security and uptime.
Ensure HIPAA compliance across every system that touches member data.

What we are looking for

Technical background in healthcare IT, system administration or software implementation.
HIPAA experience is essential.
