You oversee HIPAA compliance, fraud waste and abuse investigations, and regulatory adherence. You monitor the OIG excluded provider list and work with the Department on enhanced oversight activities.

What you will do

Develop compliance policies and train staff on them.
Conduct audits and investigate suspected fraud, waste and abuse.
Monitor the OIG excluded provider list.
Work with the Department on enhanced oversight activities.

What we are looking for

Healthcare compliance experience, preferably with Medicaid or government programs.
CHC or a similar certification is a plus.
Integrity and attention to detail, in that order.
