You lead implementation and transition, working directly with Department staff. You manage timelines, coordinate across workstreams, and make the go-live boring — which during a transition is the highest compliment available.
What you will do
- Manage the implementation timeline and coordinate across every workstream.
- Work directly with Department staff through transition.
- Own risk mitigation and stakeholder communication when it matters most.
What we are looking for
- Experience with large-scale implementations.
- PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
