Project / Implementation Manager

Own the transition and go-live, on site, Monday to Friday, through implementation and for at least sixty days after it.

You lead implementation and transition, working directly with Department staff. You manage timelines, coordinate across workstreams, and make the go-live boring — which during a transition is the highest compliment available.

What you will do

Manage the implementation timeline and coordinate across every workstream.
Work directly with Department staff through transition.
Own risk mitigation and stakeholder communication when it matters most.

What we are looking for

Experience with large-scale implementations.
PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
