You lead a dedicated unit for urgent and critical care transportation — cancer treatment, dialysis, transplant services. The job is to prevent unsuccessful and late trips before they happen: outreach, transportation plans built around a treatment schedule, and daily monitoring of the trips that cannot slip.
What you will do
- Monitor critical trips daily and intervene before they fail.
- Perform proactive outreach to members on life-sustaining treatment schedules.
- Develop individual transportation plans with members and their care teams.
- Work closely with healthcare facilities on the appointments that cannot be missed.
What we are looking for
- Experience in healthcare coordination, case management or medical transportation.
- Creative problem-solving under time pressure.
