Lead the unit that makes sure nobody misses dialysis, chemotherapy or a transplant appointment because of a ride.

You lead a dedicated unit for urgent and critical care transportation — cancer treatment, dialysis, transplant services. The job is to prevent unsuccessful and late trips before they happen: outreach, transportation plans built around a treatment schedule, and daily monitoring of the trips that cannot slip.

What you will do

Monitor critical trips daily and intervene before they fail.
Perform proactive outreach to members on life-sustaining treatment schedules.
Develop individual transportation plans with members and their care teams.
Work closely with healthcare facilities on the appointments that cannot be missed.

What we are looking for

Experience in healthcare coordination, case management or medical transportation.
Creative problem-solving under time pressure.
