You process gas mileage reimbursement (GMR) and meals and lodging (M&L) claims, and you make sure members receive notification and a clear explanation of their reimbursement.

What you will do

Review documentation and verify eligibility against program rules.
Process payments accurately and on schedule.
Communicate clearly with members about the status and outcome of their claims.

What we are looking for

Experience in claims processing, customer service or administrative support.
Attention to detail — this is the whole job.
