You hold authority for resource control across the program: allocating people and budget so that requirements are met without service interruption. You set strategic direction, own the budget, and make sure the program delivers reliable transportation to members across the state.

What you will do

Set the strategic direction of the program and own its performance against contract requirements.
Control allocation of staff, budget and vendors so service is never interrupted.
Maintain strong, candid communication with the Department and other stakeholders.
Hold the leadership team accountable to measurable performance targets.

What we are looking for

Sufficient NEMT management experience to run the program from day one.
5+ years in healthcare or transportation management.
A track record of meeting performance targets in a regulated environment.
Located at the Wisconsin Business Office.
