You run the program day to day. That means coordinating across the call center, the transportation network and support functions so service stays seamless, and making sure we hold to every contract requirement while we do it.

What you will do

Own day-to-day NEMT program operations and service delivery.
Coordinate across call center, transportation network and support functions.
Monitor KPIs, address operational issues, and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements across every function.

What we are looking for

3+ years of operations management experience in healthcare, logistics or a similar field.
Comfort working across teams that do not report to you.
